Job Description

• Perform maintenance and installation tasks as per job role

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

• Report to supervisors and update on job progress

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Available Vacancies & Job Titles

1. HVAC Technician

   • Must have experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

   • Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.

2. ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Engineer

   • Responsible for security systems, BMS, access control, and structured cabling.

   • Experience in design, installation, and commissioning.

3. QA/QC Engineer

   • Handles quality assurance and quality control processes on-site.

   • Familiar with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

4. Plumber

   • Should be skilled in pipe installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

   • Knowledge of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.

5. Fire Fighter

   • Must be trained in fire prevention, safety equipment, and emergency response.

   • Previous experience in facility-based or industrial fire safety preferred.

6. Electrician

   • Responsible for electrical installations, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.

   • Must have hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects.

7. Multi Technician

9. Mason
